Recently, I have felt like abandoning the current NowJax project. Not because I don’t believe it has merit, or has the potential to impact people in more ways than one. I have been paying too much attention to some of the other projects and their potential impact. Not good.
While noticing the work of others is good. It’s dangerous to notice so much that you begin to think slightly less than your own work.
Having said that….I AM STAYING THE COURSE.
Staying the course to help pull up fellow creatives, entrepreneurs, designers, and those that want to make the world a better place to live.
Why? Because staying the course is more important than changing up just so I can prove that I can get Facebook likes with a more creative idea.
If I don’t get the opportunity to work with the PR Firm in New York at least I will know in my heart that I didn’t compromise my integrity to win. I am not saying that changing directions is a sign of lack of integrity. For me, to change from the idea that I shared with people to empower them because it’s not popular is not who I am.
So…I continue my press. The voting doesn’t end until December 31, 2011. Your Facebook like is greatly appreciated. Click here to like my project.
